May Long

We went to the island for the long weekend. Luke had a show downtown Vancouver late on Friday night so we decided it would be best to go over Saturday morning. On Friday I developed a terrible flu and barely got any sleep....so we ended up taking a later ferry on Saturday. Overall the weekend was good...I was just super annoyed that I didn't feel like myself....but Violet got to spend some time with her grandparentals and great-grandparentals, as well as a great aunt and uncle....and that's what really matters. Here's to more sunny days ahead :)
